FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Q- Where are you based?

A- We're proudly based in Park City, Utah - one of the great mountain towns in America.

Q- What makes your products unique?

A- We tested every material combination available and carefully selected our products based on a combination of comfort and durability. We want kids to love the feel of wearing our products and yet have them hold up to the adventurous outdoor play we encourage. Our timeless designs are unique and limited in quantity.

Q - Where can I use my discount code?

We understand it can be confusing that the discount code isn't applied on the shopping cart page. On step 3 of the checkout process, you will see a place to add your discount code before your order is finished. Let us know if you need further assistance, we're always happy to help.

Q - How does shipping work?

We try to ship all orders within one business day (usually quicker). It generally takes 1-5 days for our products to arrive at their final destination. All orders over $75 in the USA qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available.

*Please allow an extra 3-5 days for orders to ship during sales & new product releases.

Q- Can I return my order?

A- We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sawyer purchases and stand behind our products 100%. We will replace or refund any product that's defective for up to one year. You can exchange or return any item in new condition for 30-days, no questions asked. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your items are defective, in which case we will refund all shipping charges.

To return or exchange an item please email us for further instructions: hello@besawyer.com

For more information see our return policy.

Q- How can I tell what size my child needs?

A- We put this Fit Guide together just for you! If you still have questions send us a message and we'll help you out.

Q- How do I care for a Sawyer tee?

A- Our tees are intended to get dirty! When it's time to clean them, machine wash cold and then line dry or tumble dry on low.

Q- Why aren’t there female specific tee shirt sizes?

A. All of our t-shirts are sold as unisex. We made some girl specific t-shirts but the little ladies who thoroughly field tested all of our products preferred the cut of our gender neutral standard tee!

Q- Where are your products made?

A. All of our products are designed in-house in Park City, Utah unless noted otherwise. Many of our products are manufactured abroad and printed in the USA by a small business. Most of our t-shirts are cut & dyed in L.A. and sewn abroad. Regardless of where they are made, we go above & beyond to ensure quality craftsmanship and the use of ethical factories with fair working conditions and eco-friendly practices.
